Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the specialized nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Peptoryx does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
2. Exceptions — Fulfillment Errors & Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect item, a visibly damaged product, or a product with a documented quality issue, please contact us at orders@peptoryx.com within 7 business days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement shipment or store credit.
3. Lost Shipments
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier (i.e., tracking shows no movement for 14+ business days with no delivery confirmation), contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. What We Cannot Refund
We cannot issue refunds for: orders where the purchaser provided an incorrect shipping address; orders refused at delivery; products that have been opened, used, or tampered with; or orders where the purchaser simply changed their mind.
