1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Peptoryx website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Research Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or purchase any products. Peptoryx reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional to purchase from Peptoryx. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements. Peptoryx reserves the right to refuse service and cancel orders at its sole discretion.

3. Research Use Only — No Exceptions

All products sold by Peptoryx are strictly for in-vitro scientific research and laboratory use only. The purchase, possession, or use of any product for human or veterinary consumption, self-administration, or any non-research purpose is expressly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Peptoryx disclaims all liability for any use of its products outside of legitimate in-vitro laboratory research.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Peptoryx. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or inability to verify research credentials. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

Peptoryx ships to the continental United States only. Estimated fulfillment times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Peptoryx is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (if applicable), weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon handoff to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Peptoryx does not accept returns. In the event of a verified fulfillment error, damaged product, or documented quality issue, contact us within 7 business days of receipt. Peptoryx will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and imagery, is the property of Peptoryx or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold "as-is" for legitimate in-vitro research purposes only. Peptoryx makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any product for any purpose beyond in-vitro laboratory research. Peptoryx does not warrant that any product is legal to purchase or possess in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptoryx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or misuse of any product or this website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state law of the state in which Peptoryx is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
